Late into the night sewing frenzy! My oldest daughter and I work as a team to put these two sweet vintage dresses together. What we liked was that they cleverly tie in the back, so no zippers or buttons. What we didn’t like was that you need a second person to tie the dress for you. This was a simplicity vintage 1984 pattern 6323. We had the most fun sewing together. My youngest daughter reeps the benefits by ending up with both dresses. My oldest plans to make this dress again, but in a size 10, as she is smaller in the torso. We modified the bodice, by gathering the front down the middle to create more of a princess silhouette.
